A new take on cucumber salad: a Persian recipe with avocado and nuts

Persian cucumber salad opens up new flavor facets of many of the products that make up its composition. If you haven't tried such combinations before, then you should try it. It will only take a few minutes to prepare everything.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for the salad:
- fresh cucumbers – 6 pcs.;
- green onions – 4 pcs.;
- avocado – 1 pc.;
- greens (parsley, dill) – 0.5 bunch;
- nuts – a handful;
- lemon – 0.5 pcs.;
- feta cheese – 2-3 tbsp.;
- olive oil;
- salt, pepper
How to cook
A basic recipe in preparation. You don't need to do anything special. All you need is to chop cucumbers, avocado, herbs and mix with oil, feta, salt and pepper. You also need a little lemon juice, zest and a pinch of sumac.
You can use the nuts for the salad that you like the most. If they are raw, then fry them in a dry frying pan first. This will make their taste more concentrated and the texture in the salad will be better. Add and mix. Enjoy!
