Researchers have found that to speed up the body's metabolic processes, it is enough to eat just 30 grams of cheese.

“Its consumption has a positive effect on the metabolic rate and regeneration of muscle tissue thanks to the casein component – contained in dairy products and cheese, it is slowly digested, providing muscles with high-quality protein for several hours. Thus, the body does not have to spend its own protein at night to produce energy, it uses carbohydrates and fats for this, which contributes to weight loss,” the experts explained.

For those who do not like cheese, scientists advise using protein shakes – the body's metabolic response to their consumption is almost identical.
