Many people call goji berries an effective fat-burning product, but in fact they do not help in the fight against excess weight, and there are no more useful substances there than in the same rosehip.< /p>
Spirulina is rich in vitamins and protein, but you can eat no more than 10 grams per day. A similar useful set can be obtained from other products, including buckwheat and greens, says Dick.
The fat-burning properties of pineapple are explained by the presence of bromelain in it, but the mentioned enzyme has almost no effect on human fat reserves. The same can be said about red pepper, cinnamon, ginger or their combination, the expert summarized.
