A dietitian from Slovakia, Trista Brest, in the pages of the Pravda publication, named 3 simple products that effectively combat a big belly. According to the doctor, to get rid of visceral fat, it is not at all necessary to sit on a strict diet.

Trista Brest noted that a large belly indicates that the body produces a large number of inflammatory proteins, which increase the risk of developing heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes.

The fact is that the presence of visceral fat indicates an increased level of cholesterol, which can provoke various serious diseases. To get rid of deposits in the abdominal area, it is not at all necessary to sit on fruits, vegetables and kefir.

The use of cumin will help to solve the problem. This spice, which is usually added to meat dishes and potatoes, reduces fat mass and stabilizes insulin levels.
