The least harmful fast food is sandwiches and rolls. This was reported by a specialist in nutrition, a preventive nutritionist.
She noted that the greatest danger is various snacks from the store, such as chips and crackers. “This is artificial food that does not have nutritional density, that is, it has calories, but we do not take out vitamins and minerals from it, and after eating we want to eat again after a while,” the doctor noted, adding that such snacks only stimulate hunger.
According to her, sandwiches with cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and salad can be used as an alternative to harmful fast food. It is better to add chicken breast, chopped cutlet or a piece of fish to the sandwich. To make a roll, you can take pita bread or tortilla instead of bread.
The nutritionist emphasized that it is best to eat three times a day and eat well. And snacking should be resorted to if there is a need for intermittent meals due to health problems or when the meal was not filling enough.
