Breakfast is considered the main meal, as it saturates the body with energy and allows you to work productively during the day. Dietitian Iryna Dyadikova told about what products should consist of an ideal breakfast.
In the conversation, the specialist shared that a proper morning meal should include vegetables. For example, a salad made of tomato, cucumber and greens with the addition of cottage cheese or white cheese will perfectly saturate the body. You can season the dish with a teaspoon of sunflower oil with lemon juice.
Dyadykova also considers oatmeal or wheat porridge to be a good option for breakfast. It contains all the necessary useful elements. Porridge should be boiled in water, and at the end add a spoonful of cream. Breakfast can also be supplemented with cheese, boiled egg and freshly ground coffee.
