This fact suggests that a glass of water 30 minutes before a meal will dull the feeling of hunger. The nutritionist does not refute this statement. The fact is that a person has a deceptive feeling that he has already eaten and is not hungry. This is a great trick for those who want to lose weight or simply monitor their weight and control their food choices.

The nutritionist also advises drinking a glass of water in the morning to wake up the body and start the stomach. You can add a slice of lemon or ginger to the water. To improve the functioning of the stomach, you should drink warm water.

The nutritionist warns that it is better to drink mineral water as prescribed by a doctor. If we talk about carbonated mineral water, then it should be consumed in small quantities – one glass per day. Otherwise, stomach problems may appear, gastritis may develop. It is necessary to drink such water in between meals. Otherwise, flatulence and disruption of the stomach microflora may appear.

According to the doctor, it is worth purifying water using filters. If this is not possible, you can freeze it. Thawed water is useful and does not contain microelements dangerous to the body.
