As for semi-finished products, such a diet contains quite a lot of simple carbohydrates and harmful fats. “But to a lesser extent than classic fast food, it will contribute to the formation of a poor-quality body with a relative excess of fat and a deficit of muscle mass,” the doctor explained.
At the same time, he noted that occasional consumption of semi-finished products is permissible. But in this case, it is important that a complete three-course meal is organized.
