To prepare “Bag” pancakes, take the following ingredients:

  • 500 ml of milk;
  • 300 g of flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 tablespoons of oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • < li>0.5 teaspoon of soda;

  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar;
  • 50 g of butter;
  • a few sprigs of dill;
  • 200 g of minced chicken;
  • 1 onion;
  • 50 g of prunes;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for pancakes and their fillings. Take an egg and beat it with sugar. Then add milk, flour and baking soda quenched with vinegar. Pour vegetable oil into the mixture. Mix thoroughly. The dough should have the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Take a pan and heat it well. Bake pancakes on medium heat.

Now you need to prepare the filling. To do this, cut the onion. Fry the chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden.

Put the minced chicken in the pan and fry well. Chop the prunes and add them to the minced meat in the pan. Then you need to add salt, pepper and leave the filling to stew for 7-10 minutes.

Place the finished filling on the pancake. Take the edges of the pancake and lift them up, giving the shape of a bag. It is necessary to fasten the edges with sprigs of green dill. The dish is ready to serve to the table for tea or a hearty breakfast.
