During the experiment, it was found that regular use of a mixture of 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda with 560 grams of water helps with inflammation. They may be associated with autoimmune diseases or rheumatoid arthritis.
During the experiment, participants were given this mixture for two weeks. This had a positive effect on immune cells known as macrophages, which in turn helped the body produce anti-inflammatory reactions.
