Ingredients

- butter – 100 g;
- water – 250 ml;
- flour – 150 g;
- baking powder – 3 g;

How to prepare profiteroles
Put the butter in a saucepan. Melt it with water. Then add the flour. Mix thoroughly with a spatula. Don't forget the salt and baking powder. You will have a dough.
Remove from heat. The mass must cool down, because you need to add the eggs. One at a time and mix each time. Transfer the dough to a bag. Place the profiteroles on a baking sheet with parchment.
Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Do not open the oven while they are baking. You can fill the profiteroles with any of your favorite creams. For example, you can whip 400 ml of 33% cream with 100 g of powdered sugar and 220 g of cream cheese. Beat together and fill the profiteroles. Delicious!
