Wrap in a bag and put in the refrigerator to cool for 30 minutes.
Now you can work with the dough. Cut and roll out a 3 mm thick cake. Pierce with a fork. Bake at a temperature of 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool the cake on a flat surface, it is better to put it on a wire rack.
