A quick version of a spring salad with an original dressing
The season of young cabbage has begun, so every day there should be a salad from this vegetable on the table. Experienced housewives recommend preparing not just a salad, but a complete light dinner.

Ingredients:
- Young cabbage – 1 small head
- Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Eggs – 3 – 4 pcs.
- Green parsley, dill – to your taste
- Mustard – to taste
- Sour cream – 100 g
Chop the cabbage and put it in a salad bowl. Cut two cucumbers into thin strips and add them to the cabbage. Cut the boiled eggs so as to separate the yolks from the whites. Chop the whites into straws, and put the yolks in another bowl. Finely chop the greens and also pour them into the salad bowl.
Now the main thing is the dressing. Mash the reserved yolks, add salt, homemade oil, mustard and sour cream and mix everything well. If you like green onion, then it will not be superfluous here either. Dress the salad with this deliciousness and you can invite everyone to the table!
