You need to pickle quickly mushrooms for a snack or salad? It can be done in just 30 minutes. Pickled mushrooms will be a great addition to meat dishes, salads or an independent dish.
Ingredients for a quick marinade:
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 100 ml of vinegar (6%)
- 200 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper with peas
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Fresh herbs (for as desired)
First, clean the mushrooms and lightly boil them in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then put them in a colander and let them cool a little.
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. Pour water, vinegar, sugar, salt, bay leaf, garlic and peppercorns into a pan. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add olive oil and mix.
Pour boiled mushrooms with warm marinade, mix and leave to infuse for 20-30 minutes. Pickled mushrooms will be ready to serve in half an hour.
