A recipe for a delicious eggplant-walnut spread

3 eggplants
1 head of garlic
150 g of nuts
1 tsp. hops-suneli
herbs to taste
salt, pepper, oil

Preparation

Bake whole eggplants in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees you can also bake the garlic, or grate it raw if you like.

Put the baked eggplants to rest in a tray under the lid, they are easier to clean after that. Peel the eggplants, beat them with a blender with nuts and garlic.

Add spices and 1 spoon of olive oil and put finely chopped greens. Mix everything well. Put it in the refrigerator so that the pate cools down.

The spread is ready, you can spread a piece of crispy crust and taste it. Delicious!
