A recipe for a delicious vegetable galette

We share a recipe for an incredibly delicious galette with vegetables and cheese. Read, cook and taste.

Ingredients for the dough:
200 flour
1 tbsp. l. sugar
0.5 tsp. baking powder
70 ml of oil
80 ml of boiling water
Filling:
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
2 tomatoes
200 g of Mozzarella cheese< br> oil, paprika, sesame

Preparation:
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder, add oil and mix into crumbs. Then add boiling water and knead the dough. Put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Prepare the vegetable filling. Thinly slice eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes, grate cheese. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick, put the cheese in the middle, and place the chopped vegetables on it one by one. Brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Then pinch the galette and sprinkle with cheese on top. Put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, bake for 45 minutes. The galette is ready. Delicious!
