Ingredients:
4-5 apples
3 eggs
60-80 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
150 ml milk
40 g butter (melted)
100 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
sugar for sprinkling

Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar, 150 ml of warm milk and melted butter. Mix with a whisk. Then add flour and a teaspoon of baking powder. Mix well again and peel and cut the apples into thin slices.
Put them in the batter and mix so that they fall well. Pour the dough into a mold lined with parchment and greased with butter. You can also put pieces of apples on top. Sprinkle them with sugar.
Put to bake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for about 45-50 minutes.
Cool the cake and take it out of the mold and cut it. You can also sprinkle with powdered sugar. Delicious!
