Preparation
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into slices, add your favorite spices, salt and sprinkle with starch. Mix thoroughly and drizzle with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment.
Put in an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Place the cream cheese on a plate.
