Ingredients:
60 g of sour milk cheese
1 egg
5 g baking powder
2 tbsp. l flour
a pinch of salt
40 g of hard cheese
greens to taste
sesame seeds to taste
Preparation:
Rub sour milk cheese with egg, add salt, baking powder, flour and mix everything thoroughly. Finely chop the greens, grate the hard cheese and mix with the dough.
Form bagel rolls with wet hands and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Put in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. when the buns are ready. you can cut them in half and put any filling. Breakfast is ready. Delicious!
