Ingredients for 1 3 l jar:
2 kg of cabbage
2 carrots
2 sweet peppers
3 cloves of garlic
Marinade:
1 l of water
1.5 tbsp. salt
5 tbsp. sugar
100 ml of oil
100 ml of vinegar
2 bay leaves
10 pieces of peppercorns
Preparation:
Grind the cabbage, grate the carrots and cut the pepper into strips and chop the garlic. Mix everything thoroughly in a large bowl. Then put everything in a jar and tamp well. Prepare the marinade.
Combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Leave to cool, and then you can pour into the jar with cabbage and close the lid. You can enjoy it after 1 day. Delicious!
