Ingredients:
1 cabbage
1 kg of carrots
6-7 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper
Marinade:
1 cup of cold boiled water
0.5 cups of vinegar
0.5 cups of oil
1 tsp. salt
2 bay leaves
Preparation:
Steam the cabbage, cut off all the hard veins. Grate the carrots on a large grater and stew in oil. Salt, pepper, squeeze the garlic. Then spoon carrots into each cabbage leaf and roll into a cabbage roll.
Put the cabbage rolls tightly in a container with a lid and pour in the marinade (mix all the ingredients for the marinade, no need to cook). Place in the refrigerator, and the next day you can enjoy your snack. Enjoy!
