Ingredients:
800 g of the meat you love
1 carrot
1 onion
6 tbsp. l. flour
salt, pepper
greens
25 g of oil for frying
3 tbsp. l. tomato paste or 2 tomatoes
1500 ml of water
Preparation:
Fry the meat in a pan until golden. Boil water in a pot, put the fried meat in the water to cook. Meanwhile, fry the onions and carrots for 5 minutes and add to the meat.
Put flour on a dry pan and fry the yogi for 5 minutes, stirring constantly with a spatula to prevent burning. Then pour it into a saucepan and mix.
At the end, add tomato paste or grated tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 15 minutes while stirring. You can add greens if you like. serve with mashed potatoes or other side dish. Delicious!
