A recipe for thin pancakes with sweet and salty filling

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs

- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar (for the sweet version)

How to make pancakes?
Beat eggs with salt and sugar (if you are making sweet pancakes). Gradually pour in the milk, mixing thoroughly. Add flour in small portions to avoid lumps. Add oil to the batter to prevent the pancakes from sticking to the pan. Grease the pan with oil only for the first pancake.
These pancakes can be served with any filling: for sweet – cheese, fruit or chocolate, and for salty – cheese, mushrooms or ham.
Interesting fact: adding soda water instead of part of the milk makes the dough even more airy and light. Pancakes are thinner and less caloric.
