In Lviv Oblast, a 41-year-old resident received a summons and did not come to the TCC at the specified time because he was drunk. The judge sentenced Mykola Ts. to three years in prison.
This is stated in the court verdict published in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.

According to the investigation, in September 2023, Mykola Ts. from the Lviv region passed the VLC, which found him fit for military service.
Later, the man received a summons to the military unit, but ignored it, which led to the initiation of a criminal case for evading mobilization.
In court, a 41-year-old citizen admitted his guilt, saying that on September 16 he really passed the VLC and was given a summons on the 18th. On the specified day, he arrived at the appointed place, Mykola Ts., according to him, was taken to different parts, but no one accepted him. After that, he was told to come on October 4, but on the specified day he did not go to the Military Commissariat, because he was drunk.
Court decision
The Stryi City and District Court of Lviv Oblast examined all the materials of the case and recognized found the husband guilty of evading mobilization, sentencing him to three years in prison. The verdict can still be appealed.
