A salad that you will never get bored of: light, tender and delicious

Once you try this salad, you will cook it all the time! You just need to always have a pack of crab sticks in reserve. After all, it is prepared quickly and often comes in handy when guests arrive unexpectedly.

Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks – 1 package
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Korean carrots – 150 g.
  • Processed cheese (such as “Druzhba”) – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise or sour cream – to taste.

Preparation method:

1. Finely chop the crab meat or crab sticks and send them to a salad bowl.

2. Hard-boil four eggs, cool and finely chop.

3. We send the processed cheese “Druzhba” to the freezer for 20 minutes, during which time it will harden and it will be very easy to grate it.

4. Also send 150 g. of Korean carrots to the salad bowl.

5. Add sour cream or mayonnaise (choose to your taste) and mix thoroughly.

An amazing salad from a classic set of products – Korean carrots, crab sticks, cheese and eggs. It has a bright appearance and excellent taste. Korean carrots, juicy and crunchy, play the first violin in this salad, and the rest of the ingredients harmoniously complement it and somewhat smooth out the characteristic spiciness and sharpness.
