2 eggs
60 g flour
100 ml milk
100 g sour milk cheese
130 g “Mozzarella” cheese
salt, pepper, herbs to taste
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with milk and flour, add sour milk cheese, and grated mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add finely chopped herbs of your choice.
