A simple and juicy cherry salad with sour cream
Tasty, juicy, healthy! Cheremsha is a source of vitamins! A light salad of the first spring greens, very simple, but so popular. A hint of garlic piquancy awakens the appetite with its aroma. Great to serve with potatoes, meat or sausages.
Ingredients:
- Cherry cherries (2 bunches) – 300 g
- Sour cream (15%) – 150 g
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
This is the simplest salad with a minimum number of ingredients in the spring and early summer, when the picking season is coming, then the cherries are especially juicy, with a bright taste and aroma. At other times of the year, you can use frozen ones.
Collected or purchased pine trees must be soaked for 5-10 minutes in cool water. Then rinse under running water, removing the burgundy film from the basal part. Let the water drain and dry with a towel.
Finely chop the cheremy, transfer the greens to a deep salad bowl, add salt to taste and season with sour cream.
Mix the salad thoroughly. You can serve it immediately or keep it in the refrigerator for a while, then you must cover it.
You can serve it in a beautiful large salad bowl or in portions. Cheremsha, like any greens, the longer it stands, the more juice there will be. But it's okay, it's a salad for every day, and not for a festive presentation. Still, prepare a small portion so that it can be eaten right away, and the appearance is presentable and more useful.
Cheeseberry salad with sour cream – basic, on many options can be prepared on its basis.
Other vegetables go well with cherry: radishes, cucumbers, bell peppers, young or Beijing cabbage, tomatoes, potatoes, canned corn, peas, carrots.
A good combination with the addition of eggs, soft cheese (like for a Greek salad).
Sour cream dressing is the most popular, but you can use any vegetable oil to taste, unsweetened yogurt, mayonnaise.
