What products will we need:
- 1 cup each of kefir and flour;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 1 onion;
- about 300 g of cabbage;
- a teaspoon of soda;
- 3 spoons of olive oil;
- a little salt to taste.

How to cook:
First, you should chop the cabbage smaller, as it plays the role of a filling. Take a pan, add salt, wait for it to boil and boil the cabbage on medium heat.
15 minutes will be enough for the best result.
Then the vegetables should be dried.
Just the cabbage will be ready, you can start frying finely chopped onions with cabbage in olive oil.
It will take about 20 minutes. At this stage, you can add salt and your favorite spices as desired.
In the meantime, we should prepare our base for the dough. Everything is very simple: combine kefir, egg, add sifted flour. Mix everything until smooth.
You should add soda and a pinch of salt and mix again.
The final stage is as follows: the mold should be greased with olive oil, then pour half of the dough, spread the filling and pour the rest of the dough.
It takes about 25 minutes to bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees.
