Ingredients:
500 g pumpkin
1 kg sour milk cheese
100 g butter
0.5 tsp salt
vanilla sugar to taste
150 g sour cream
5 tbsp. sugar
6 eggs
2 tbsp. starch
raisins if desired
Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into pieces, add a little water and boil until tender. Drain the water, add salt and beat with a blender. Add the whipped pumpkin, vanilla sugar, sour cream, sugar, beaten eggs, starch and melted butter to the sour milk cheese. Mix everything and beat with a blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish greased with butter and place in the oven, preheated to 170 degrees, bake for 60 minutes. Delicious!
