A simple recipe for chocolate cake with icing

A delicious and easy-to-prepare cake is perfect for tea. The glaze complements it perfectly. Take the recipe to your culinary piggy bank, because you will definitely like it.

Ingredients

To prepare, you will need the following products:

  • flour – 300 g;
  • sugar – 250 g;
  • baking powder – 0.5 p.;
  • oil – 12 ml;
  • cocoa – 80 g;
  • chicken eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • milk – 250 ml;
  • boiling water – 200 ml.

How to cook

The flour needs to be sifted. Mix with sugar, baking powder, salt, as well as milk, eggs, oil. Mix everything. Finally, pour boiling water into the dough and continue mixing.

Pour the dough into a baking dish. Send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Check for doneness and prepare the glaze.

Melt a bar of dark chocolate with 30 g of butter and 30 ml of 33-35% cream. Pour over the cake and let it cool and set. Enjoy!
