Ingredients for the dough:
250 g of kefir or yogurt
a pinch of salt
10 ml of oil
0.5 tsp. soda
150 g flour
Filling:
600 g cabbage
salt, pepper
Topping:
2 eggs
50 g yogurt or sour cream
salt, pepper
50 g hard cheese
Preparation:
Chop the cabbage, salt it, mash it with your hands and simmer with the addition of water under the lid until cooked.
Pepper, add tomato paste and herbs to taste. Combine the soda with kefir and leave to stand. Add salt, oil, pour in the flour and stir until smooth, so that the dough is like pancakes. After 10 minutes, pour the dough into the mold, put the cabbage filling on top.
Beat the eggs with yogurt or sour cream, salt, pepper, and top with grated cheese. Place the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 40 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
