Ingredients:
190 g butter
200 g sugar
330 g flour
150 g pumpkin puree
0.3 tsp. dry ground ginger
1.5 tsp. baking powder

100 g dark chocolate

Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, bake in the oven, and then puree with a blender. Add sugar to the melted butter and beat with a whisk. Add the puree and mix well.

Pour in the dry ingredients and knead a soft dough. Add finely chopped chocolate and mix. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Then form walnut-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. Delicious!
