Pour the cream into a pan and heat up to 30-35 degrees. Add the sourdough to warm cream. You can only use the sour cream that has been open before yogurt. Follow the instructions for dry sourdough. Then place them in a saucepan and fill with hot water (not boiling) on ​​the shoulders of the jars. In this form, it should spend from 6 to 8 hours.
