Ingredients:
0.5 kg of chicken or turkey liver
1 egg
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 carrot
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
4-5 tbsp. flour
Preparation:
Prepare the frying. Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Fry in oil until cooked. Meanwhile, finely chop the liver, put in a bowl, add the egg, salt, pepper, sour cream, garlic and flour and mix thoroughly.
Place the cutlets on a well-heated frying pan with oil and fry on both sides over medium heat under a lid. Then place on a paper towel to absorb the oil. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
