A simple recipe for making homemade oatmeal cookies

Do you know that moment when you want something to eat with your tea, but all the store-bought sweets seem too fatty or with a bunch of incomprehensible additives? Homemade oatmeal cookies are your perfect choice: simple, healthy and delicious.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal – 200 g
- flour – 100 g
- butter – 100 g
- sugar – 100 g
- egg – 1 pc.
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- raisins or nuts – optional.
Beat the butter with sugar until creamy, add the egg and mix. Mix the oatmeal with flour and baking powder, then combine with the butter mass. Add the raisins or nuts at the end.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming cookies. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 12-15 minutes. The cookies are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and most importantly, they are prepared very quickly. They are suitable for a snack for both children and adults.
