A simple recipe for making homemade pita bread

If you try baking homemade lavash at least once, you won't want store-bought ones. According to our recipe, they turn out elastic and very tasty.

Ingredients:

400 g flour
1 tsp salt
200 ml boiling water
Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients and knead the dough. Cover and leave to rise for 15-20 minutes. After that, divide the dough into 6 portions and roll each thinly, the diameter of your pan, in which you will bake the pita bread.
Place on a pan and bake over low heat without oil. On one side, the pita bread is baked for up to 1 minute and on the other side as well.
Then fold the pita breads in a hill, having previously sprinkled the kojen with water so that they are soft. Cover with a towel so that they stand. The pita breads will be elastic and soft. Delicious!
