onion
tomatoes
zucchini

Preparation
Fry the onion in a small amount of oil, add all the prepared vegetables and stew with the lid closed for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Make indentations with a spatula to drive the eggs into. You can put a little sour cream, it will not spoil the taste, on the contrary.
