To do this, you need to boil the product in the classic way, and then, when everything is ready, drain the hot water and pour the eggs with the coldest water possible.
After five minutes, the liquid should also be drained and new water should be poured in so that it covers the eggs by about one third.
Then the container should be covered with a lid and shaken a little.
As a result, the shell will come off by itself, and the eggs will be practically peeled, all that remains is to remove the shell remnants.
