A simple way to marinate ribs before baking in 1 hour

Baked ribs with a rich aroma of spices and tender meat fibers are a dish that you want to taste again and again. But how to make them truly delicious? Start with marinating, which does not lose its relevance over the years, because it is very tasty.
Ingredients for the marinade:
- pork ribs – 1 kg;
- soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.;
- honey – 2 tbsp. l.;
- mustard (grainy or classic) – 1 tbsp. l.;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- paprika, black pepper, salt – to taste.
Wash the ribs and dry them with paper towels. In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, mustard, chopped garlic and spices. For a richer taste, add a little lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Pour the marinade over the ribs, rubbing it thoroughly into the meat, and leave for 1-2 hours (or more, if time permits).
Before baking, you can lightly fry the ribs in a frying pan for a golden crust, then place in a mold, cover with foil and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Remove the foil 10 minutes before the end of cooking to get a delicious crust.
