- Canned white beans – 900 g
- Parsley – 100 g
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp. (can also be sunflower)
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Dried oregano – 0.5 tsp
- Salt, pepper – to taste
1. Open a can of canned beans and put it in a colander, rinse under cold water (you can use running water or from a kettle), leave the liquid to drain. 2. Wash the greens, cut them finely. In addition to parsley, feel free to take other greens that you like. It will not affect the dish negatively. 3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add spices, oil and lemon juice, grind the garlic beforehand. Mix thoroughly. 5. Serve the finished dish immediately or store it in the refrigerator. Using canned beans, you can make a snack in a few minutes. We recommend sending it to the refrigerator, later the dish will only be tastier, but you can serve it right away.
