A soft, airy cupcake is easy to make and looks spectacular.

A very simple recipe for baking for tea, but the taste and appearance are unusual. This is an idea if you don't know what to cook for tea.
Protein dough:
- 5 egg whites
- Salt (pinch)
- 100 g sugar
- 50 ml. milk
- 50 ml. sunflower oil
- 150 g flour
- 5 g vanilla sugar
- 5 g baking powder
Yolk dough:
- 5 egg yolks
- Salt (pinch)
- 100 g sugar
- 70 ml. milk
- 50 ml. sunflower oil
- 130 g flour
- 5 g vanilla sugar
- 5 g baking powder
For the layer:
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
Preparation method:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Whip the egg whites into foam with a pinch of salt, add sugar with vanilla sugar, mix again.
Add milk, oil, mix gently.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix with a spatula from the bottom up. If you choose a mixer, mix it first with the mixer turned off so that the flour does not scatter in the kitchen.
Prepare the egg yolk dough: In a bowl, send the egg yolks, a pinch of salt, add sugar and vanilla sugar, mix.
Pour in the milk and oil, this dough needs a little more milk, pay attention to the recipe.
Add the flour and baking powder, add 20 g less flour than in the egg white dough. Knead the dough, if the yolks are not yellow enough, you can add turmeric to the dough.
Grease the mold with oil or butter and sprinkle with a little semolina. The diameter of the mold is 22 cm.
Since the mold expands, divide each type of dough into two unequal parts.
Pour a smaller part of the yellow dough into the lower (narrower) part of the mold.
Using a sieve, generously sprinkle its entire surface with cocoa powder.
Now pour out a smaller portion of the white dough and evenly distribute the cocoa on top again.
Next – the remaining yellow dough and cocoa.
Then – the remaining white dough. Do not sprinkle cocoa on this last layer.
Send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, turn off the oven and keep the pastry in it for another 10 minutes, depending on your oven.
Turn the cupcake onto a plate and let it cool.
If desired, you can pour chocolate icing on top of the product or simply sprinkle with powdered sugar.
