A “special” way to cook chicken nuggets

Chicken zrazy with mushrooms is a great alternative to regular cutlets. This dish is very simple, but due to the interesting filling it will be suitable even for a festive table.

Usually zrazy is made from minced meat, but this time the Prostoway editorial team offers you to cook no less delicious and original zrazy from chicken thighs.

Ingredients:

  • Onion – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil (preferably ghee) – 60 ml
  • Chamfers (or forest mushrooms) – 250 g
  • Chicken thighs (legs) – 4 pcs
  • Chicken minced meat – 100 grams
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Paprika and spices for chicken

Preparation method:

  1. Finely chop the onion and Fry in oil until transparent. Wash mushrooms, chop finely and add to onion. Add salt and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring until excess liquid evaporates and mushrooms are cooked. Mix mushrooms with minced chicken, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash chicken thighs, make cuts on the inside of the thigh, remove bones and tendons. Slightly beat off the resulting fillet to get pieces of such a size that you can wrap the filling in them. Spread the filling on the fillet
  3. Roll the fillet into a roll, sprinkle with paprika or a mixture of spices for chicken. Fry in oil on all sides until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the zrazy into a heat-resistant dish, add a glass of broth and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  5. When serving, the zrazy can be cut into portioned pieces or served whole.
