The doctor said that, indeed, in the first hours after eating such a breakfast, a person undergoes an influx of energy, but after a decrease in glucose in the blood, a decline in strength appears.
And along with it, weakness, impaired concentration, confusion of consciousness and a sharp decrease in work capacity appear. During the day, a person wants to lie down and sleep instead of working.
The point is that breakfast should include slow carbohydrates, which will be digested and broken down very smoothly. For example, whole grain cereals or bread with bran.
Also, breakfast products should have a sufficient protein index, as it slows down the release of glucose into the bloodstream and prolongs the same necessary feeling of vigor as much as possible.
