How to cook:

First we should wash and dry our zucchini with a paper towel. If you have a young vegetable, then there is no need to remove the skin.

Then we start cutting. It is best to choose a circle shape. The thickness should be no more than 1.5 centimeters.

Then we bread our zucchini in flour.

We heat the pan, pour a little olive oil and fry the vegetables on both sides until a golden crust appears .

Before serving, remove excess oil with a paper towel. Fried zucchini goes well with sour cream and fresh finely chopped greens. And you will have to give up garlic for breakfast to keep your breath fresh.
