A two-year-old girl from Odesa “without much effort” set a Ukrainian swimming record

Dvorichna Anya Yakymchuk from Odesa region set a Ukrainian record in swimming in the nomination “The youngest child who overcame the distance of 50 meters in freestyle”.

The new record holder became Anya Yakymchuk from Chornomorsk, Odesa region. The girl is 2 years and 6 months old.

She swam 50 meters in freestyle in 3 minutes and 6 seconds.

Dvorichna Anya Yakymchuk jumps into the pool with such a scream that we already thought of saving her. And it turned out that the girl is always so crazy about contact with water. She swims in the adult sports pool, and she goes to the children's pool just to play.

The child swam the distance that had to be covered for the record (as it seemed to us) without much effort. Neither candy nor new toys were needed, which coaches sometimes hold in front of the child in the water to make her row more skillfully, said Lana Vetrova after setting the record.

Ihor Konstantinov is the girl's coach.

According to the head of the National Register of Records, Anya is already his second little pupil who became a Ukrainian record holder.
