A unique vegetable has been named that will provide protection against dementia

Eating spinach may provide protection against senile insanity. Experts claim that this effect is provided by components that are abundant in green leafy vegetables.
It is not for nothing that the hero of the popular animated series Popeye the sailor insisted on spinach. This vegetable not only increases muscle strength, but also protects against senile dementia. People who have elevated levels of three key antioxidants in their blood are less likely to develop dementia, a study has found. Two of these components, lutein and zeaxanthin, are found in many green leafy vegetables and peas.
However, more research is needed to understand whether these antioxidants actually provide real brain protection against dementia. In the course of the last study, its authors, however, did not evaluate the diet of the volunteers. But it has long been established that a healthy diet prevents senile dementia by increasing blood supply to the brain and heart. And this is an important factor in our health.
