A versatile 10-minute appetizer made with dill and garlic

Greens can be used not only in salads, soups and to decorate dishes. You can make a delicious and original preparation from it. Have you ever tasted dill paste? If not, then write down the recipe.

Ingredients for cooking

You will need the following:

  • fresh dill – 200 g;
  • olive oil – 100-120 ml;
  • lemon juice – 3 tbsp.;
  • lemon zest – 1 tsp.;
  • garlic – 8-10 cloves;
  • salt – 1 tsp.;
  • suneli hops – 1 tsp.

How to cook

The dill must be thoroughly washed of dust, dried and chopped. Garlic is also chopped. Transfer everything to a blender, where you need to add lemon zest, hops-suneli seasoning, salt, lemon juice. Last of all, pour in olive oil.

All components are brought to a pasty consistency. Store in clean jars in the refrigerator. Please note that the shelf life is 1 month. Dill and garlic paste can be used for meat, fish, and vegetable dishes.
