Tomatoes in breadcrumbs are a delicious addition to lunch or dinner. This appetizer goes well with various side dishes and meat dishes.
The dish turns out appetizing and very aromatic.

Ingredients:
- tomatoes – 3 pcs.;
- hard cheese – 150 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- flour, breadcrumbs;
- spices;
- greens.
How to cook
First, cut the vegetables into thick slices and wrap them in a paper towel. This is necessary so that the tomatoes dry out a little.
At the same time, the tomatoes should be firm, you should not take overripe fruits.
In a separate container, beat the eggs with spices and salt. In the second plate – a mixture of flour, breadcrumbs and aromatic herbs.
Next, the tomato slices should be sprinkled with flour, and then dipped in the egg mixture. After that, they should be coated in breadcrumbs.
Fry the tomatoes in a preheated pan with oil. As soon as the appetizer is ready, it should be sprinkled with grated cheese and fresh herbs.
You can serve it with any sauce.
