Adjika “Adjarian style” for the winter – without vinegar, with greens, thick and moderately spicy

Adzhika according to this recipe is prepared easily and very quickly. It is moderately sweet, moderately spicy, has a slight sourness.

In addition, it can be stored either in the refrigerator or in the freezer.

This type of adjika is best suited to dumplings, manti, as well as barbecue, baked or fried meat.

Ingredients:

  • Ripe, fleshy tomatoes – 2 kg;< /li>
  • Zucchini without skin and seeds – 1 kg;
  • Sweet Bulgarian pepper – 1 kg;
  • Greens (parsley, dill, basil) – 1 large bunch;
  • Garlic peeled – 150 g;
  • Salt – 2 tablespoons;
  • Sand sugar – 5 tablespoons;
  • Tomato paste – 5 tbsp. (for color), you can not add it;
  • Hot pepper – 2-3 pods (to taste), you can replace it with black and red ground pepper (to taste).

Preparation:

  1. Put the tomatoes, bell pepper and zucchini through a meat grinder, garlic in the same way.
  2. Finely chop the greens;
  3. Add salt, sugar, pepper, tomato paste. In bitter pepper, remove the seeds and pass it through a meat grinder with all the vegetables together.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over high heat until boiling.
  5. < li>Add greens.
    After boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Then we put them in jars or plastic containers and store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
