Almost pies with pollock: an original way of cooking fish
Pollock is fried, baked, stewed with vegetables. The fish tastes good in each of these cases. But there is another original way of cooking it – in pita bread.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- pollock — 600 g;
- sour cream 15% — 150 g;
- mustard — 4 g;
- lavash – 200 g.

How to cook
Cut the fish into several portions. of course it has to be fillet. Prepare the sauce for lubrication and juiciness of the dish. To do this, mix together sour cream, mustard, a little greens and salt.
Lavash should be cut into large squares. Put a piece of fish in them, a tomato on top and cover everything with sauce. Wrap the envelope. Spread some sauce on top as well. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. The temperature is 180 degrees. Delicious!
